How receiving works

  • Same wallet + chain always restores the same keys.
  • Register so payers can look up your 0x on the registry.
  • Scan is view-only until you enable sweep.

How to use — click to show

In Rabby, set this website to Infinite Drive (421018) first. If the wallet asks for ETH, you are on the wrong chain. Do not send 42 to the announcer or registry.

You — receive

  1. Click Connect wallet.
  2. Open the Receive tab.
  3. Click Sign EIP-712 to unlock. The wallet must show domain Infinite Drive Stealth. This is not a login and not a transfer.
  4. Copy your public string: st:drive:0x…
  5. Send that whole string to your friend (chat, email, etc.).

Friend — pay

  1. Connect on Infinite Drive (421018).
  2. Open the Pay tab.
  3. Paste the full st:drive:0x… into Recipient.
  4. Enter the amount of 42. Leave the stipend as quoted. Leave metadata unchecked.
  5. Click Send 42 + announce. Confirm two popups: send 42, then announce with value 0.

You — scan

  1. Same wallet as Receive. Sign EIP-712 again if you closed the tab.
  2. Open Scan & sweep.
  3. From block: 0 (last ~20,000 blocks). Leave Withdraw to empty.
  4. Click Scan (view-only). You should see the 42 on a one-time address — not in your everyday Rabby balance.

You — sweep (optional)

  1. Check Enable sweep.
  2. Withdraw to: an 0x you control. Use a new wallet if you do not want the payment tied to your public address. The page blocks sweeping to the connected wallet.
  3. On the row with the 42, click sweep.

42 never lands in your usual public wallet until you sweep. Sweeping to a known wallet makes that payment traceable. Stealth means “don’t pay the public inbox,” not “untraceable cash.”

What gets broadcast

  1. Derive a one-time address from their public keys.
  2. Transfer amount + stipend directly to that address.
  3. Call announce with the ephemeral public key. No value on the contract.

View-only scan

The worker uses the view key. This page never receives it.

Sweep warning

  • Default scan is watch-only.
  • The connected wallet is not used as the withdraw address.
  • The relayer only broadcasts signed bytes. It refuses private keys.
